Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM AFTER I PURCHASED? IF SO, HOW DO I RETURN IT? 

A: In just a few easy steps, you can return your item without fuss. If the product doesn’t have a trace of being used, then it is possible to return your item within 30 days after receiving it. Follow these steps and you’re good to go: To be able to return your item, it should be unused and re-pack it to its original packaging or in a secure package with labels still attached. Stick the NumberLab returns label that you will find on the delivery note. And lastly, return the package to your post office or express delivery office of your choice and obtain proof of postage. Remember to keep your receipt of postage safe with you as you will need this as a proof of return.  

 

Q: AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER, WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL? 

A: Yes. Once you have placed an order you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us. Please register your account and add us to your contacts to ensure that this goes into your inbox. Otherwise, your confirmation email may end up in your junk folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please feel free to contact us. 

 

Q: HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR NEWSLETTER? 

A: Even though we hate to see you go, we think we have nothing to do with your decision. However, if you want to unsubscribe just hit the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the homepage screen. 

 

Q: WHY I CAN’T PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT IS BEING ADVERTISED? 

A: We are very sorry for this inconvenience. This is probably because the products sell out very quickly that we can not update it immediately. But if you want the item, you can register your account to receive an update on your product choice.
